This website is operated by Claire Kewley trading as Serenus Spa, based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store. Contact us at serenus_spa@outlook.com with any questions.

Products and orders

We sell hand-poured cocosoy candles and gift packs for delivery within Australia. Product details, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product pages. Small variations in appearance may occur with handcrafted items, and colours may display differently on different screens. This does not excuse a product being faulty or materially different from its description.

Please check your fragrance selection, quantity and delivery details before placing an order. Prices are in Australian dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to discuss a correction or cancellation. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order and it is cancelled, we will refund the payment for that order.

Shipping, changes and returns

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy explain delivery, order changes and remedies. Please contact us promptly with any concern about an order.

Candle care and safety

Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials, and use a stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not move or handle a hot vessel. Stop use if the vessel is cracked or damaged.

Website use and privacy

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse other people's information. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Serenus Spa branding, original text and images must not be reproduced commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Consumer rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Updates

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing order.
